Shipping Policy

Castwell Kitchen LLC ships from the United States to US addresses only. We do not ship to other countries. If a carrier cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before canceling.

Cost

Standard shipping is $0.00 USD on every order. There is no handling surcharge at checkout.

Timing

Handling time: 1-2 business days after payment clears. Transit time: 3-7 business days after the carrier scans the package. Weekends and US holidays are not business days.

Service

Service name: Standard. Shipping label in our feed: US-Standard. We use common US parcel carriers.

Address

Enter a complete US street address at checkout. That address is passed to Stripe as the shipment destination. We do not collect a second shipping address on the Stripe payment page.
