Returns & Refunds

30 days from delivery. Unused items in original packaging. No restocking fee.

You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price you paid. We do not charge a restocking fee.

What we accept

The product must be new, unused, and in the original carton with accessories. Opened food-contact parts should be clean and undamaged. We do not accept returns that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.

Who pays return shipping

You pay return postage unless the item is defective or not as described. In those cases we cover return shipping. Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment. Allow 5-10 business days after we receive the package for the refund to show on your statement.

How to start a return

Email support@castwellkitchen.com with your Stripe checkout session id (cs_...) and the reason for return. Ship to 1550 Wewatta Street, Suite 620, Denver, CO 80202, United States. US returns only.
