Every product on Castwell Kitchen is a new Castwell appliance. Listings name the brand, model, SKU, and specs. Photos on a product page show that same item only: a front packshot, a three-quarter view, and a detail shot. We do not mix photos from other SKUs.

We do not sell used, open-box, gray-market, or replica products. If an item is not as described, email support@castwellkitchen.com with your checkout session id. We will repair, replace, or refund according to the Returns Policy.

Condition in our Google feed is always new for in-catalog items.
